HIGHLIGHTS OF THE PROJECT

* Installed 87 ata 515 Deg.c high pressure and high temperature boiler is first of   its kind in indian sugar industry & the same is running successfully.

* Whole project was commissioned in 14 months period from ordering stage.

* Fastest stabilization (2nd Day itself) and achieved the record plant load factors   from 65.41% (1st Month) to 101.64% in the month of december 2002.

* The actual power exported was 55.19 million units with an average plf of 86.48%   against the targetted 44.675 million units @70% plf in the 1st year off-seasonal   operations.

* The average auxiliary power consumption is 9.5% including system losses.

* The percentage of makeup water consumption is 8.9%.

* By optimising the process steam consumption, the power out put achieved is   16.8 mw against the norm of 16.4 mw during seasonal operation.
